Fishing
The water clarity and depths on Eagle Lake offer anglers a wide variety of habitat. Whether you’re fishing from the shore, in a boat or on a trolling rig, you’ll find something to catch.
Among the popular fish on the lake are Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass and Perch. The trout are stocked by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and they grow to respectable sizes.
While you can catch a big trout on any of the arms and bays of the lake, some areas are more productive than others. Try fishing around Rocky Point, Miner’s Bay or the rock jetty by the marina.
Each fall, John Gillespie brings the crew of his famous TV show, Waters and Woods, to Andy Myers Lodge. These guys have been on the air for over 1,400 episodes without repeating themselves, and they bring a lot of laughter to camp.
Hunting

Tony has been guiding since he was 12 years old and is one of the best duck and goose callers you will ever hunt with. He is known for his fabulous harvest numbers every year and will never hesitate to bang out a limit of mallards or geese on any of his hunts!
Cabins

The 8 cabins available at the lodge offer modern comforts, million-dollar views of Eagle Lake and access to a world-class Canadian fishing experience. The cabins are clean and well-maintained, and hosts Gord and Susanne are always there to help with anything you may need during your stay.
A king bedroom, a loft with two double beds, compact kitchen and bathroom are featured in the main unit as well as three break-out units (Units 1, 2, and 3). Each of these units connects to an 18-seat dining room serviced by a commercial kitchen.
Meals
Eagle Lake Lodge offers delicious meals to its guests. Guests receive breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening, along with snacks during the day.
Whether you choose to eat a full meal in the main lodge or enjoy your own private dining space, you’ll be able to enjoy a view of the lake. During the winter months, you can also enjoy a gourmet wine dinner.
Eagle Lake Island Lodge is located on a private island with 3,000 feet of lake frontage. It has seven fully modern cabins with panoramic views, a new main lodge, and world-class amenities.
