If you are traveling with a child or children that are 18 years old or younger into and back out of Canada you will need some special paperwork to make your Border Crossing less troublesome.
This paperwork and information is required per child and is easily filled out and modified. Please note that it is highly recommended that you carry multiple copies of the paperwork in case for some reason the officers at the Border keep a copy for any reason.
It is also highly recommended to have the paperwork Notorized as a secondary precaution.
